A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the buyer. In most cases, when a buyer’s billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed.
We will NOT accept your order if the address provided is unconfirmed or account is unverified. This means, the billing address must match the shipping address, or the provided shipping address must be a PayPal confirmed address. If the aforementioned requirements are not met, the order will be cancelled, and the payment will be denied or refunded.
This policy is to eliminate fraud and is nonnegotiable.
PayPal will allow up to thirty (30) confirmed addresses per account. Please contact PayPal's Customer Service at (402) 935-2050 or PayPal, with any questions related to confirming and verifying your address.
If for some reason you do not wish to use the integrated PayPal shopping cart, you can send an e-mail to customerservice@mscuppycakes.com with the listing of item(s) you wish to purchase. We will then reply back to you with the total amount plus shipping.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. At times we run out of stock and will do our best to fill your order. We do our best to stay informed from NYX and Red Cherry when items are in/out of stock.
In the event your order contains out of stock items, the remaining portion of your order will be shipped and either a refund or second shipment will follow for the out of stock item.
U.S. SHIPPING
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam). If you are an international customer, please see international shipping below.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Normally our processing time to get an order out the door is 72 hours. HOWEVER, PROCESSING TIME FOR ORDERS MAY TAKE 5 – 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Domestic orders should arrive within 7 business days, after shipping. All orders are generally processed in 1-5 business days (this does not include delivery or shipping time), except during our peak season. All orders are shipped by USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel with Signature Confirmation and will be in transit 2-5 days business days. Please allow up to 10 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery before you inquire about your shipment. If you feel your order has been lost, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, customerservice@mscuppycakes.com. Please include your full name, date of order and order number.
SHIPPING SERVICES
All packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation and Insurance. When domestic orders ship, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail through PayPal (if an email address has been provided). The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we ship to all countries, except Mexico. Tracking and insurance is included in the price of International Priority Shipping.

MsCuppyCakes.com ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.
USPS's local country affiliates will charge the recipient all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.
REFUND POLICY & RETURNED ORDERS
All sales are final. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns under any circumstances due to the nature of the products we are selling. This way you can be assured that you are not being sold returned products by other customers. If you have any questions, please ask before you make your purchase.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customers' error. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact the buyer to request the correct address and estimate of additional shipping cost to resend the parcel. If the buyer refuses to have the item resent, we will refund the purchase price minus all shipping fees and handling plus 25% restocking fee.
*** You are responsible for adding special instructions to request shipping insurance, Priority Mail, or Express (Overnight) Mail when paying via PayPal. A separate invoice will be sent to you for additional shipping services. If you would like a quote first, please send an inquiry to: customerservice@mscuppycakes.com. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been shipped.
CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
TO FILE A CLAIM FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES, YOU MUST PURCHASE EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE. NO OTHER METHOD CAN BE CLAIMED. You must email us all information including order number within 20 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 20 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is 60 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.
