Q. What are your business hours?
A. MsCuppyCakes.com is open Monday - Friday from 12pm - 8pm EST. We are closed on weekends and major US holidays:
Q. What do you mean by “processing”?
A. Processing is the time frame from when the order is received until the order is shipped.
Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No, at this time we do not accept credit cards.
Q. Do you ever have sales or specials?
A. From time to time we may offer sales or specials. You can follow us on Twitter to receive information on any promotions we may offer.
Q. What if my order doesn’t arrive within the estimated time frame?
A. All time frames noted as given by USPS estimates. During peak mailing times (i.e. Christmas), shipping may take longer than estimated. If your order has not arrived at least three business days after the estimated time frame, please contact us.
Q. What if I’ve ordered an out of stock item?
A. If you have ordered an item which is not in stock, you will either be refunded the amount for the item(s), or a secondary package will be mailed once the item is back in stock.
Q. Why was my transaction declined?
A. This could be for many reasons. First, be sure to check that PayPal has your most current information on file. Also be sure to check that your PayPal account is verified and confirmed.
Q. Can you please mark the customs form as “gift” or below the retail price?
A. Customs forms must be marked as “other” with the retail value price. US and International Government Customs regulations prohibit items from being marked otherwise.
Q. What’s the best way to get a shipping quote before actually purchasing products?
A. You can fill your cart with the items you intend on purchasing. Click the “Checkout” button, and enter your city/state/zip or country, then change the shipping option to either “Domestic” or “International” and click apply. The estimated shipping price will be displayed with the subtotal.
